Below is a 31 day calendar that you can use each time you visit. The goal is to improve your discipline of accomplishing small tasks, that ultimately will lead to a more fulfilling life experience. I recommend starting on the actual date you arrived here and cycle through doing the challenges until you have completed 30 days. You can of course start over any time you want, whether you forget to do this one day, or not, but the goal is to visit consistently for 30 days, just to build a positive habit. Again, it should take 5 minutes. You can do this on your phone, desktop, or laptop. What ever works to keeping you doing one thing consistently for 30 days.
